Beer and bread have a lot in common, so it made sense to drop 10kg of North street stores very own rye bread into a batch of rye heavy strong ale. Add a few lil cedar spirals for texture, flavour and aroma and you get one hell of a malty boi!
The lords at Otherside brewery let us clog up their tuns(literally) and helped devise the perfect recipe for the beer. An American strong ale, chock full of spice, tannins and caramel make for an enjoyable full bodied brew.
